Brett Myles is the Owner and Founder of LeadWell, a coaching and consulting company aimed at leadership development, creating, or resetting team culture, and organizational health.
Brett has spent his adult life investing in people. His professional career has centered around coaching leaders to be better leaders and better people. Prior to the work he is doing now, he spent two decades in the ministry world – primarily working with the next generation and raising leaders to lead the next generation.
Brett likely will not be the expert on the work that your company or organization does but can help diagnose the “people things” that are not working and that are creating pain points for leadership. Bad culture is expensive. One way or another, organizations pay for the culture that is created. Brett helps leaders and teams become self-aware people who can lead themselves and then properly lead others in humility and integrity.
He helps organizations be a place where people WANT to be. He will help address team communication, relationships, alignment, execution, and capacity. Imagine a team and company that is 10% healthier and more productive after just one year!
Brett LOVES sports. Baseball is part of his DNA. Born and raised in Oklahoma, Brett also loves the OKC Thunder and all things Oklahoma State University sports.
When Brett isn’t working to grow his young business, he can be found with his wife Jillian and his three young kiddos, Finley (6), Shepherd (4), and Micah (18 months). As a family, they attend the North Campus of The Austin Stone Community Church in Round Rock, TX.
Being the best leader of his Company and of his family requires being filled by and led by the Lord every day. Impact is the aim. “You can’t give what you don’t possess” is a mantra of Brett’s.
